A journal only you can see
Write down how a handoff went or what the doctor said, without sending it to anyone.
Some things you need to remember but don't need to say. The kids came back tired and hadn't eaten. The pediatrician mentioned something you want to keep an eye on. A handoff that went sideways.
The journal is a place for those notes. Your co-parent can't see it. It isn't part of your messages, and it isn't included when you export messages, expenses, or the calendar.

Since launch we've added tags, so you can mark entries like "health" or "school" and pull them up together later.
Good to know
Private means your co-parent doesn't see it in Harbor. It isn't a legal protection. If something could come up in court, talk to your lawyer about how to handle your notes. And if your co-parent actually needs to know something, send it as a message.
